More info soon. . .

Everyone now knows about the threat of Mad Cow disease from eating meat, but they may be less familiar with the many other adverse consequences animal products have on our health.  By reducing, or better yet eliminating, our intake of animal products we reduce our risk of suffering from heart disease, strokes, many types of cancer, osteoporosis, anemia, diabetes, hypogltcemia, multiple sclerosis, ulcers, constipation, obesity, arthritis, kidney stones, gallstones, hypertension, asthma, and salmonellosis.  The Atkins diet, while promising to take the weight off, only increases your risk for these ailments. On average, vegetarians and vegans suffer far less from obesity than meat-eaters do, and they're given the gift of a long, healthy life!
